Our Team

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home!  We aim to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient and we put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment.

Our staff is very well-trained and skilled.  Each member of our team has years of experience working with Dr. Morris.  We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending numerous continuing education courses and seminars.

Our staff includes:

JODI – Treatment Coordinator

The first contact that a patient usually makes with the staff at the West Brook Orthodontic Center is with Jodi.  She has lived in Ringwood for many years, so she knows many of the local patients and their parents personally.  You can always count on her to be friendly, caring and very well-informed.

Jodi had earned an Associate of Arts degree, worked for seven years in the banking field and has worked for a total of 14 years in the dental field -- both as a Certified Dental Assistant and as a Certified Dental Radiologic Technician.

When she joined the West Brook Orthodontic team in 2001, Jodi immediately handled all aspects of managing the front desk.  She is responsible for scheduling appointments, dealing with insurance companies, filing all necessary forms and corresponding with dentists and physicians.

Jodi takes her role seriously to ensure that patients receive treatment in a timely manner and that all their concerns are addressed.  She spends time to be certain that every patient is happy at all times.

You may know her from the years she was a swim instructor at Erskine Lake where she currently resides.

LINDA – Chairside Assistant (CDA, RDA)

Although Linda only joined the West Brook Orthodontic Center in 2007, it seems as though she has been part of the staff since its inception.  She works so well with the entire staff and shares so many common interests with Pat that people assume they are related.

Linda completed her dental training program at Bryman Dental Assisting School and worked as an assistant in general dentistry for five years before specializing as an orthodontic assistant in 1982.

She is a Certified Dental Assistant, a Certified Dental Radiologic Technician and a Registered Expanded Duties Dental Assistant.  In addition, she is also certified in CPR.  As an RDA, she takes X-rays, photographs and impressions, does lab work, fits bands, changes wires and sterilizes instruments.  In order to maintain her certifications, she must earn 12 continuing education credits annually.

She resides with her husband, Bill, in Branchville--a part of beautiful Sussex County, New Jersey.  She enjoys her career, working with children, cooking and baking and spending time with family and friends.

NATASHA-Administrative Assistant

Natasha joined the team right before she started high school. After she graduated from boarding school in Connecticut, she rejoined us full time. She works at the front desk, scheduling appointments and corresponding.

Natasha is our go-to computer person. She makes all of the posters and contests that you see at the office, trying to make the orthodontic experience as enjoyable as possible for all of the kids; as well as updating our website and Facebook page, keeping our families up to date on office events and important information.

Natasha has lived in Ringwood almost all of her life and you might see her walking her dog around Erskine Lake some days.

PAT – Chairside Assistant (CDA, COA, RDA)

When you think of the team at the West Brook Orthodontic Center, you immediately think of Pat as the team leader. At first, she worked part-time while her daughters were young and has now been with Dr. Morris for 27 years. Both of her girls were treated by Dr. Morris and later worked for him!

Pat completed a year of college, worked as a medical secretary at The Valley Hospital, worked as a general dental assistant and has trained extensively for the following: Certified Dental Assistant, Certified Dental Radiologic Technician, Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Registered Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. She maintains all these certifications by earning 18 continuing education credits annually. Pat is also certified in CPR and has completed first aid classes for medical emergencies.

As you can tell, Pat loves her job and her co-workers as a “family”. She is a great team player who enjoys working with children and adults. As an RDA, she takes X-rays, photographs and impressions, does lab work, fits bands, changes wires, sterilizes instruments and is responsible for ordering all the necessary supplies. She is indispensible in the office.

Pat and her husband, Dave, have lived in Ringwood since 1972. Over the years, she has been involved in numerous volunteer positions in the community. She loves to cook and bake, do crafts, read and spend time in Cape May with Dave and her family.

Though Pat has since retired and spends her days with her husband, she still help us out when we need her. She doesn't want to admit it, but she doesn't want to leave us!
